Privacy policy

This policy explains how HIDEA Leather Goods ("HIDEA", "we") handles personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you order on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, delivery address and the details of your order.
• When you send a corporate enquiry: your name, company, phone, email, city and the details you share.
• When you browse: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not store card or UPI details. Payments are processed by our payment partners.

How we use it

To confirm and deliver orders, provide customer support, prepare quotes, send GST invoices and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Courier partners (to deliver), payment partners (to process payment) and WhatsApp/Meta (as the messaging platform you chose to use). Each receives only what is needed.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 8 years to meet tax law. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to care@hidea.in. We respond within 30 days.
