Shipping across India
We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India through tracked courier partners. Free shipping across India on prepaid orders. Cash on delivery orders carry a small handling fee, which we tell you before you confirm.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation, and you receive a tracking link on WhatsApp.
Free size exchange within 7 days
If your belt does not fit, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. The belt must be unworn, without buckle marks or creases at the holes, and in its original packaging. We arrange the pickup where available, and send the new size as soon as the original is picked up.
Damaged or wrong item
If a belt arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it at no cost.
Refunds
When an exchange is not possible because a size or colour is unavailable, we refund prepaid orders to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the belt back.
Customised and corporate orders
Belts with logo debossing, initials or custom lengths are made to order and cannot be exchanged, except for manufacturing defects. Terms for corporate orders are confirmed in each written quote. See corporate gifting.
