These terms apply to every order placed with HIDEA Leather Goods.

Orders

An order is confirmed only when we confirm availability on WhatsApp and you complete payment (or accept cash on delivery). Product photos and renders show colour as accurately as screens allow; natural variation in full-grain leather is not a defect.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may change prices on the website at any time, but the price confirmed in your WhatsApp chat is the price you pay.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See shipping and exchanges.

Exchanges and refunds

Governed by our shipping and exchange policy.

Corporate orders

Quantities, customisation, timelines, advance payments and delivery terms for corporate orders are set out in the written quote, which takes precedence over these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
